Family life is located in the city of Poway. We currently hold our Sunday services at

What can I expect on my first visit?

From the moment you pull into the parking lot, you'll be made to feel at home. Our

greeters will be poised and ready to give directions or answer any questions you may

have. If you have children, you'll want to take advantage of our safe and secure

children's services designed just for them.As you enter the worship center, our ushers

will welcome you, hand you our information-filled weekend worship guide and direct

you to your seat. Then, sit back, relax, and enjoy the service!

What is a weekend service like?

Whether it is your first time at Family Life, or you've been attending for years, you

never know what to expect during our 1 ½ hour service. From the moment you walk

in the door, until the moment you leave, we are committed to a creative, compelling,

challenging presentation of God's truth. Pastor Rob communicates in a way that

speaks to today's culture. All of our speakers focus on how to apply Christ's teachings

to our lives, so we each can experience God's incredible purpose each and every

day. The phenomenal music wraps the weekend message in a relevant way with an

amazing diversity of artists and styles chosen for one purpose - to prepare your heart

for what God has in store for you.

Where do I take my children?

You'll find first-class programs for your children, from birth through 5th grade.

Our Nursery, located just down the hallway from the Worship Center, offers a warm,

colorful, and caring environment for your precious ones, with a room designed just

for them.. Your children, from kindergarten through 5th grade, will be at home in the

Kidz Life Program, which we put each Sunday. They will experience church like never

before, with the exciting games, music, video's and teaching, created to present

God's truth in fun and innovative ways. They won't want to miss a single service.

Do you have something for students?

We sure do. For Jr. High and High School student, Family Life is the place to be! The

Refuge Youth Program is comprised of two elements, large group and small group.

In large group, all students are combined together for crazy cool games, live worship,

and a relevant message geared towards issues middle and High school kids face. This

once per month on a Saturday night. The small group aspect of Refuge youth

happens on Thursday nights from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm at our church offices.
